Kalli Holzwart

Kaylee Holzwart has over ten years of experience as a school counselor working with youth and families.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Family Social Science, minors in Child Psychology and Youth Studies, and Masters Degree in Counseling.  Kaylee has the ability to be a true professional and a wonderfully positive person, yet she is a realist and knows everybody works through “bumps” on the road of life.


Kaylee has a love of working with others no matter the age.  She believes that each person has unique strengths that can help motivate their growth.  Her specialty is connecting with others on a heart level to overcome struggles and be their best self.


Kaylee's further training and experience include Love and Logic, Trauma Informed Care, Suicide Prevention, Anxiety and Depression, Play Therapy, Zones of Regulation, Growth Mindset, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, Mentoring Initial Educators, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Biblical Counseling, Fitness and Nutrition Coaching, and Mindfulness. Additionally, Kaylee has contributed to the DPI Compassion Resiliency Toolkit for Educators and has provided school workshops focused on compassion fatigue, joy and resiliency.  Kaylee recently helped lead the first LIFT America (Lasting Impact Fellowship for Teachers) Gathering in WI.


Not only is Kaylee a professional, but she is a wife and mom of three and considers these roles the highest joy and calling she has.
