Darla has 30 years of Social Welfare experience. She is a Certified Life Coach. Darla has the ability to empower individuals to open their mind and find their true self value.
Her speciality is observing, listening deeply, asking empowering questions, and motivating others. Darla has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, a Masters in Management and she continued her education to become a Life Coach.
She has not only supervised numerous Social Welfare Programs, she has maintained a caseload herself in order to “always remember first hand” what people are going through. Darla has worked in areas consisting of Trauma Informed Care, Early Intervention, Head Start, Crisis Shelter, AODA/Mental Health Group Homes, Child Abuse and Neglect, Gangs and Juvenile Delinquency, Termination of Parental Rights, LGBT, Special Needs, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Foster Care and Adoption, Independent Living, Adult Assisted Living, Sexual Abuse, and Post Traumatic Stress.
Darla is not only a Professional, she is a single adoptive mother of two special needs children. Her personal passion truly is her girls. Professionally she is a humble, honest, and a down to earth inspiration to others.
